Dark Angel: After the Dark by Max Allan Collins
Dark Angel: After the Dark by Max Allan Collins
This final book in the Dark Angel trilogy is very true to the characters on the show. Max Allan Collins did a GREAT job in capturing each character's personality and humor. Very impressive; like another reviewer said, you can almost see the characters doing/thinking/feeling what you're reading on the page.

The "however," however, is that the conclusion is a little weak. The entire second season was building up to a season 3 all about the runes, snake cult, and Max being the "one." Art Of Ceres: Celestial Legend by Yu Watase
This artbook is GORGEOUS! Yu Watase is such a talented artist and storyteller, it's so great to just have all the art from my favorite manga series in one book. The colors are crisp and bold, and the printing, binding, and layout are very high-quality and professional. The incredible detail of the artwork and great story make Ceres, in my opinion, better than Fushigi Yugi. I think Watase have improved a lot in the presentation of her characters, and the artwork looks much more mature and detailed.

This artbook also includes character descriptions, legend summaries, manga summaries, maps, plot descriptions, as well as an incredibly enriching interview with Watase herself. This… Read more

Jekyll and Hyde: The Musical (Widescreen) DVD ~ David Hasselhoff

It became my favorite musical, more so than Phantom, Les Miz, Aida, Rent, you get the idea. There's just something about it. I'll tell you what it is: the story, the music, the talent, the emotion, the music, the music, the music, and....the music. I love the music!! And much more so when the actors can sing it! And sing it well! And the cast for this DVD did, for the most part.

I was afraid to watch this DVD, because I knew I had to compare it to the original Broadway cast recording, and the performance I saw, but I was pleasantly surprised… Read more
