Okay, I bought the books because I like erotic fiction. I have read most of Anne Rice novels. Very disappointing. Almost too heavy handed. It's constant eroticism and hardly any character developement. I also think that she missed the basis of what BDSM is about. It's not just about beating someone into submission and then keep beating them. A big part of my dislike, I think, is that the human pony part sounds utterly rediculous. But, hey, different strokes for different folks. It's just that pretty much the final novel is basically that.
