The Bible/The Greatest Story Ever Told/The Robe (B&hellip Blu-ray ~ Max Von Sydow
I picked this up on Amazon.ca for about $17, taxes and shipping included. I had previously bought the double BluRay set of "The 10 Commandments" and "Ben Hur" and wanted more of that. That's an even better set of films and I'd highly recommend that. These films are also good and a great value for that price.

There are 3 BluRays discs in this collection, one per film. The remastering for BluRay all look great. I'd say "The Bible - In the Beginning" looks the best of the three but that's likely due to the quality of the original material. The amount of bonus material is inconsistent from film to film - "The Bible" only has a trailer for the film… Read more

Cliffhanger Bilingual [Blu-ray] Blu-ray ~ Michael Rooker
It's an entertaining film that keep you watching. Not Stallone's best film (my reason for deducting 1 star) but it's still a good one, and one you can watch over again and enjoy.

I found a couple of Stallone's films on Bluray for about $5 each on sale. Both Blurays were excellent. There are plenty of special features and the remastered films look and sound great!!! A huge improvement over the DVD's. The picture and sound are so clear! Wow! I wish every Bluray I bought was this impressive.

Highly recommended. Cheers!
The Poseidon Adventure (Bilingual) [Blu-ray] Blu-ray ~ Gene Hackman
I got the Blu-Ray for around $5 on Amazon and it definitely is an improvement over the DVD version I own. The film is a classic from the 1970's, with a strong cast of actors (Gene Hackman, Shelley Winters, etc.). The acting makes up for any lack of special effects (compared to today's films). IMO it holds itself up with the best of the "disaster" films from any era. You can often find the DVD in cheap bins, but get the Blu-ray instead. Highly recommended.
