Lacuna Coil makes genre-bending music that could win a much larger audience than it has in the states if it weren't for the terrible current state of the music industry. This album can best be described as The Corrs meets Type O negative meets The Cranberries meets The Gathering meets Alice in Chains. . .well, you get the picture. There's something on here for everyone. Unleashed Memories is strong from start to finish, and even the bonus tracks are strong, for bonus tracks. Pick this album up and it will be in your CD player for a long, long time.
