I didn't know what to expect in starting this series, but boy was I in for a ride! The show is based on three friends who co-own and run a bar, and a sister of one of the guys who waitresses at the joint. They can't help but get into trouble, and it is because they are so stupid. I couldn't stop laughing from the beginning of the first episode all the way through this dvd set. There are so many things the "gang" does that is wrong on every level- from faking cancer to get laid to sleeping with a friends mom. It goes against everything we were taught was right. The first episode is called "The gang gets racist" - they hit every issue and hit every nerve, but they manage to make you cringe… Read more

Firefly was cut short far too soon. I watch Buffy and Angel, but it took me a while to get into those shows. With Firefly I was hooked in the first episode. It is unlike anything I've seen before. The dialogue is witty and can be corny at times, but it doesn't take away from the hilarity. This show is worth having in your dvd library and don't forget to pick up the movie Serenity, which continues the story. If you are a big fan of Joss Whedon, than you are also going to want to own Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog. So very funny!

I really enjoy this whole album. It is very earthy/reggae with great beats and it is perfect for you if you like Sublime, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Ben Harper or Jack Johnson. It's perfect "Surfer Rock." "Ooh Ohh" is still my favorite song, but you can't go wrong they are all really great tracks. The CD always finds its way into my CD player and seems to stay there all summer.
If you've never heard of the band, buy the album and try it out. You won't be disappointed.
