I gave this item 3 stars because the Turbotax product is a good way to prepare your taxes. I have used it before and found it easy to use. The problem is that Amazon shipped the CD which comes in a flimsy cardboard package from the manufacture in a thin padded mailer envelope. Not in a sturdy box with padding.As a result the product box was crushed and ripped. The CD inside the box survived and I was able to use it.
