Ok we all know by now that this release is not the extended versions. While I myself want the extended versions I will be a guilty party and buy this set now. When the extended versions are released I will be able to take my time to buy them. Everyone is giving this a poor review score because its not the extended version. I wish people would rate the movie itself. It seems that people think that without the extra footage that the movie is garbage. If the extended versions didn't exist then we would all run out and buy this set AND this is what you saw when you stood in line at the theater. You would have loved the movie based on this version. There was so much hype over this game before its release. When I picked it up I was expecting a more involved experience than the great times I have playing Call of Duty 4. There are so many things wrong with this game for PC users. Perhaps one of the most overlooked areas is the single player. You play the game for the first time and within 4 1/2 hours... it's over. The story also flies all over the place and can be difficult to follow. Infinity Ward and Activision got too full of themselves after COD 4. Superman: Doomsday is based on the best selling graphic novel. This film is fantastic. The animation is solid and the storyline has no major holes. A few things that make this different from any other Superman animated features is that there is much more carnage than I expected. The fight scenes were fantastic (and there are a lot of them) The story follows very closely to the the death and return of Superman but there are some changes, mainly to keep those who have read the comic book from knowing exactly what is about to happen.
