This 1950's classic payphone replica is very authentic looking and amazingly attractive ... it is so, so beautiful ... and it also works perfectly as a phone ... which is its primary purpose. It seems to be very well built ... while not made out of metal ... the high quality plastic is quite thick ... and if not abused or treated roughly it should do the job for years ... only the door for the coin box ( which also functions as a bank )is a weak spot and should be opened and closed with care but apart from that small quibble its close to perfect for the price.
