The original 'Ong-Bak' was a decent film with spectacular fight choreography and stunt work on the streets of modern Thailand. 'Ong-Bak 2' is not a sequel. The movie takes place hundreds of years ago in the past and has no link to the original 'Ong-Bak', other than the fact it also stars Tony Jaa, the protagonist of the original film. This is a huge letdown...taking itself too seriously and is only worth watching for the fight scenes. Fast forward through everything else as it makes no sense. While I'm on the topic, avoid 'Ong-Bak 3' altogether. It makes part 2 look like Citizen Kane!
