Magic Breaks (Kate Daniels) by Ilona Andrews
Magic Breaks (Kate Daniels) by Ilona Andrews
Book 7 Kate Daniels. More action/adventure. Hugh acting up. Another minion of Roland met......and we meet Roland. Interesting to say the least. My kindle edition also had a short story starting Julie that I was very impressed with.

Kate now has to make some serious decisions. Her choices will not only affect her and Curran and the Pack, but the whole city of Atlanta. Ghastek and Kate also develop something akin to friendly understanding.
All in all a great book. 4 3/4 in my judgement.
Magic Rises: A Kate Daniels Novel by Ilona Andrews
BOOK 6 Kate Daniels. Two words ROAD TRIP!!!!! Kate and Curran and the gang take a trip to The Black Sea area to mediate a sticky situation with the local shapeshifters. Violence and Blood ensue. This is the absolute best book in the series. If I could rate it higher than a five I would. This book is full of action, and plots, and subterfuge and love, and even death all woven into a fantastic tapestry called Magic Rises.

Highly recomended. Great writing.

5.0 out of 5 stars book five Kate Daniels, Aug. 17 2014
Book five Kate Daniels series. Kate and her new pack funded P I firm is hired to find a " magic killing " machine and its creator who have both vanished. There is also a new anti magic terrorist group whose members are long term sleeper cell types, and who could be anyone!

Well written and action packed. We also learn more about Kate's past. We learn about her mum and Voron and even a bit more about Roland. We also see Kate and Curran's developing relationship.

Great read. Well done.
