I must say that to me this book was very sensual and exciting. I didn't realize it was the 4th book in a series but I will get the rest to re-read them in order. Nonetheless I was enthralled with this book after getting the terms right. There are a lot of different "beings" in the book and some are confusing but the story is easy to follow and kept me reading long when I should have been in bed. There are certain parts of the book that made me "hot" To me it's almost like an "R" rated Twilight book, it's a similar storyline but much more mature and very sensual. I really love the little eroticism in the book, it was quite a surprise.
