Unlike what most people think of, this adapter is made to plug in an RCA enabled device onto a VGA-in display. Perfect if you wanna hook up consoles or DVD players on a computer screen. The only thing I dislike about this is the useless audio RCA inputs, which are totally useless since VGA does NOT support audio. In that case, I'd recommend buying a little 3.5mm to phono RCA adapter so you can get your audio out of your PC speakers.
