I enjoyed the books and am enjoying the series. The characters are very endearing. I like Africa, so lovely to see the country. Its very easy going and subtle in its humour.
I do enjoy John Rutter. Admittedly I enjoyed this album slighter over the other one I just brought of his. The music has life about it, a freshness in it traditional sounds. I alway enjoy the mixture of choir voices. A good alban for my Christmas listening.
I really enjoyed this concert. (So few around to enjoy)! It had a bit of everything for me, including a bit of Jazz. It had variety of sounds and tempo. Most of Marsalis time was instrumental. Mrs. Von Stade smiled throughout and was a solid performer and steady force next to Ms. Battle. Ms. Battle, definitely a excellent singer, a little amuzing as a performer, but that is my opinion of her. I can easily see myself watching this each Christmas and would easily recommend this for those in the mood for a most excellent Christmas Concert.
