This workout will not get your heart pumping as much as some of her other workouts such as 30 day shred or Ripped in 30. However, there are still some tough moves - especially if you complete the 'advanced' versions of the movements. Just don't expect to really break out into a sweat. Also I found his jokes to be really corny/cheesy. It almost felt like to me that… Read more

She incorporates moves from her kickboxing days and a few movements that mimic skiing such as doing "moguls". There are some repeated exercises from her other DVDs, but most of the exercises are new.

I have read some reviews of how this DVD is very difficult so perhaps I wasn't working as hard as I should have been? For example, raising my knees high enough etc. Well, at least this goes to show you that you can tailor it to the level that you are feeling on that particular day.
