Wow! Just follow the directions, drinking half your body weight in oz. of water daily and your improved health will amaze you!! Say you weigh 150lb., drink a minimum of 75 oz. of water a day. (More if you exercise extensively or if it's abnormally hot out.) It will eliminate excessive eating because you think you're hungry but really you're thirsty. It will get rid of any stomach/ulcer-type pains due to lack of water in your stomach during digestion (Dr. Batman. recommends drinking two glasses prior to meals.)
