Great coffee maker, Mar 4 2012

Got this unit to replace Tassimo which has steadily lost all good coffee brands. Unit is much larger but brews a cup at least as good as the Tassimo and possibly better. My K-cup feature is great - allows you to grind your beans and make a single cup of coffee based on your grounds. It also has many programmable features and other improvements over the Tassimo and other Keurig based brewing systems.

Great book, Dec 27 2010

This is a great book - especially for new parents. Our family owns this book and we have bought this book for friends and family who were about to become parents. It is an excellent reference guide - not a book you read from start to finish. Whenever our daughter was ill or something unexpected occurred, there was always a helpful passage that informed us what to do or pointed us in the right direction to the find the answer.

The book tries hard to stick to undisputed facts and solutions, but this is an impossible task. Occasionally the author's opinion makes an appearance, but such appearances are seldom and rather easy to forgive or ignore.

Interesting insights into bad mental habits, July 18 2009

This book provides some interest insights into common mental mistakes people make every day, perhaps many times every day, explaining why we do them and why they are harmful.

I don't read self-help books and this is not one of them. However, this book helped me identify "mental habits" which are a waste of time and energy.

The different types of "mental traps" are discussed with reference to every day examples. This makes the otherwise heavy topic accessible and more light than you might expect.
