Bought the system and tried it out using the 2-2-2 system. 2 weeks brewing, 2 weeks in the bottle and 2 weeks in the fridge. Well I'm shocked. I like trying different beers (around 300 different types) and I'm truly amazed at the quality.
I just used the basic mix that comes with it so I can contrast and compare with future brews...and the beer is great! Not the best I've ever had but a million times better than expected.
Lots of carbonation, taste and hop kick. I can't wait to expand and make other types of ale.
