'Unwigged & Unplugged: Live Concert by Christopher Guest, Michael McKean was made during the Fall 2008 tour given by Christopher Guest, Michael McKean and Harry Shearer to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the release of This Is Spinal Tap. The show presented here is the last stop on the tour which took place at Riverside Theatre in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The title refers to the fact that they perform the songs out of costume using acoustic instruments. What follows is an annotated version of the set list which appears on the back cover of
the DVD.

'The Greatest Show In The Galaxy is about The Seventh Doctor's and Ace's experience at an unusual circus. The story begins with the Doctor and Ace learning about the circus by seeing an advert in the TARDIS. Their interest is piqued causing them travel to a distant planet to visit the circus. When they arrive the Doctor is enthusiastic about visiting the circus, whereas, Ace feels differently. When she arrives her fear of clowns is aroused by a group of clowns who travel the planet in a hearse. Despite her fears she agrees to follow him into the circus. 'The Hartnell Years is a release from a BBC video series of videos on successive eras of the classic
series of Doctor Who. Other videos in the series include: The Troughton Years; The Pertwee
Years; The Tom Baker Years and The Colin Baker Years.

The Hartnell Years is a good introduction to the William Hartnell era which spanned 1963-1966.
The video features three episodes: the Pilot episode; Wheel of Fortune and The Final Test. The
pilot represents an early version of William Hartnell's first episode. I believe there are two versions
of the pilot. The first version was rejected and the second was developed into the opening episode
