Purchasing this product was very informative for me. I bought it as an early Christmas present, after the death of our old breadmaker, and my wife's baking wasn't done. I bought this one because I love Cuisinart products. This one unfortunately arrived DOA at our door. I called Amazon and they told me to re-pack it and return it for a replacement or refund. Since I had ordered their last unit I opted for the refund. They paid for the return shipping.
