A thoroughly absorbing and entertaining book. It throws light on a parliamentary process that is often a mystery to many and gives us reason to miss someone who was probably the best speaker the Commons ever had.
A story about a man who in turn is telling an incredible story of a journey from beautiful India, across the Pacific Ocean, where the ship founders in a terrible storm, and then on to Canada via the Mexican shores. Incredibly told and portrayed and thoroughly entertaining. Thank you Ang Lee for yet another masterpiece and thank you to the incredible cast and crew. It probably couldn't have been done without modern CGI. I wish that the tiger was real - what a character!
