I just started canning preserves in the last few years and I wanted a book that gave me a few more ideas on flavor combinations and other types of preserving. I've used this book for about 5 different receipes and the jams are really good. The book has little tips all throughout the book that have saved me time and frustration. If there is one receipe you should buy this book for it is the Blueberry, Oragne Amaretto jam. The best jam I have ever had. Absolutely worth purchasing this book.
