Best book to understand Canon Flashes, May 8 2010

This was the book I have been searching for a long time. It explains Canon flashes in great easy to understand detail that anyone can understand. The illustrations and photos are excellent. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about Canon flash photography. Best book I have bought in a very long time. Highly recommended.

Good but really mostly for Nikon, May 8 2010

A good book, worth purchasing but of most value to Nikon users. If you use a camera other than Nikon you get ideas but not the details of how to set up flash controls.

Painter X WOW, Feb 4 2008

I, unfortunately, was disappointed in this book. I am a photographer who wants to convert photos into paintings. I am also brand new to Painter X. This book is not for the newbie or the photographer. It is hard to understand with too few photos of what painter X screens look like and way too few detail tutorials and examples. There is a lot of illustrations of completed art work but very few details on how to get there. It seems to have been written for artists and even then very hard to understand.
