Excellent transfer in my book!!, Nov 11 2010

Is this movie a flawless victory? No. There is no menu screen and no extra's. The sound level is a bit low (I had to turn my system up about 5 clicks beyond normal) but from there it sounded pretty good but nothing great, in fact I think the sound needed more work than the video transfer because although the transfer is showing a 1080i on my TV screen (and on the case itself), the movie looks VERY clean to my eye. WELL worth the upgrade from DVD!!

I can't say the movie itself has aged particularly well, but I've seen far worse from '95. I'd say Mortal Kombat is a slow starter with an awesome middle and a rather lackluster ending that unfortunately only inspired the dreadful… Read more
