I found the repeated whining about poor acceptance unprofessional and offputting. Just present the evidence and readers can make their own decisions and opinions.
Other approaches (ie not trigger point focused) are misrepresented, and denigrated. It would be more useful to promote integration of useful evidence, assessment, and treatment, and accurate understanding of the current state of knowledge and practice of everyone working towards better management of frozen shoulder.
This book is useful for the locating and self treating of trigger points. Just ignore the whining and focus on the useful aspects.
