I was a little miffed when I bought Wilton Fondant 20 Inch Rolling Pin and found that it didn't have these guide rings like Wilton Fondant 9 Inch Rolling Pin does included in it's purchase. I couldn't think of a single reason why - they're extraordinarily helpful for rolling out fondant to precise thicknesses, and making consistant cookies so that they bake evenly. Since they're made for the rolling pin, and work great with it, it didn't make sense to me.

I originally bought Wilton 2105-9958 Ultimate 3-In-1 Cupcake Caddy and Carrier for my cake decorating courses, figuring I could use it for all kinds of cakes and cupcakes too. When I went to bring my newly decorated final cake from the first class home however, I put the lid on that carrier on, and it squished my carefully made roses - the lid simply wasn't tall enough for a decorated layer cake.

It's pretty much what you'd expect, a simple, smooth small rolling pin great for working small amounts of fondant and gum paste. The rings are great for helping to figure out if you've got it to the right thickness, and I couldn't imagine working without it for flowers and inlays.
