Blackfish [Blu-ray] [Import]
5.0 out of 5 stars Thought Provoking, March 10 2014
I've always been fascinated with Orca. Saw them in Victoria before the tragedy there, saw them in SeaWorld San Diego. I've watched many documentaries on this magnificent whale. For me this presentation was a reminder about what a social creature this is and how lonely it must be for them in captivity. I thought it was very well done. I stop short at slamming Seaworld and would go back there anytime. This organization is regularly called upon to rescue animals. I don't have an easy answer for captivity or a simple solution but standing a few feet from an Orca because of SeaWorld was an amazing experience. Seaworld has made it possible to understand what a lovable creature this is.

1.0 out of 5 stars What an absolute shame!, Nov. 22 2012
Aside from the poor grainy detail it's almost impossible to watch with the constant camera angle changes. There are spots where it literally changes every second. What in the world were they thinking? This is a concert not an MTV video. The stage set, lighting and performance of this tour must of been awesome to see live but you won't appreciate it with this terrible production.

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding !, July 25 2012
I have seen Led Zeppelin Live, and Robert Plant twice as a solo act. This artist rarely does the same version of any song on a different tour and neither did Zeppelin for that matter so if you have this expectation, go no further. The picture and audio quality are top-notch. The musicianship is superb. I really appreciate artists who check their ego at the door and allow the supporting players to show their stuff. If you like Robert Plant this in my opinion is some of his finest outings. Well done!
