Wow! After reading Russ Whitney's book, "Millionaire Real Estate Mentor," I am reminded that I will have to work for myself if I am to retire the way I envision. I also realize that I could have helped my neighbors survive the foreclosure on their house without them going bankrupt. Actually, if they had read the book, they could have saved themselves from bankruptcy. I am attracted to real estate because I know that it is the most stable way for me to create a secure future for myself.
