This pouch is really well made (strong body, good quality zipper) and the 3DS fits in just fine - but if you also attached handles (so you can hold your unit more firmly), or a charging dock you want to take with you when you travel, it won't fit this pouch with those things attached to it. Opt for something larger if you want to use to store the unit with similar attachments.
