Heidi provides a wealth of healthy ideas in a beautifully organized cookbook. So far I have made the banana espresso muffins and steel cut oats and am looking forward to trying the savory souffle in the near future. Another great cooking resource!
This book is well worth the cost. Beautiful photographs and inspiring recipes are packed into a small, seasonally organized cookbook. I made the roasted chicken, pumpkin (shaped as pumpkin) bread, and apple-walnut-leek stuffed acorn squash for dinner. It was mind expanding. I highly recommend this book!
