The first novel in my collection was, "A fighting Man of Mars" by Edgar Rice Burroughs and now I have thousands of Science Fiction paperbacks. My main passion has always been Science Fiction, but I did have a life.
I was an engineering officer at Vandenberg AFB before I retired from the Air force. I served two tours in Britain and spent a year in River Patrol Task Force 116, Vietnam. I also visited Australia, Chile, Peru, Panama, and Germany. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1979. And I have a BA in Economics and Masters in Computer Science.
Like most people who read a lot, I have though of writing, but its just too much fun reading (and a lot less work). I spend my time tinkering with computers, reading, exercising and raising my four boys while my wife is finishing up PA medical school.
