Who Shot Down Eq-Queenie? by Kenneth K. Blyth
Who Shot Down Eq-Queenie? by Kenneth K. Blyth
I thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Blyth's first work, "Cradle Crew" and was enthusiastic to read his sequel. The book was all that I expected--and more. Mr. Blyth recounts in this book his return to Germany in 1999, not only to see his old Stalag, Luft I in Barth, Germany, and to attend a conference there, but also to try to find out what happened to his aircraft after it was shot down, and to find who the German pilot was who shot the plane down.
Mr. Blyth alternates between flashbacks to the war years and his return trip to Germany seamlessly. He is a gifted writer, which is welcome in this genre where so many men have great experiences but do not possess the best writing skills… Read more
Vol. 3: The Subliminal Verses ~ Slipknot
This is definitely different from Slipknot's other two albums. Slipknot shows that they can have melody and still play great music. Rick Rubin did an amazing job at producing this album and could end up going down as a Slipknot classic. This album is very close to my favorite work by Slipknot, but not quite. Don't worry though, it's still flippin' amazing! Anything by Slipknot has to be good. My favorite tracks are "Duality", "OPIum Of The People", and "Pulse Of The Maggots". This is definitely for all the maggots out there. This is something you don't want to miss out on!

College Dropout ~ Kanye West
College Dropout ~ Kanye West
Kanye West has officially arrived! The newest hip-hop senstation starts his career off like Jay-Z did with "Reasonable Doubt", one of the best debut's ever! The great Jay-Z has retired but Kanye will more than fill his shoes. By showing that he is the savior for Roc-A-Fella records, Kanye gives songs on this album that don't dissapoint. Not a bad song on the cd! The best song on "College Dropout" is "Never Let Me Down", featuring mentor Jay-Z. Other great songs include "Through The Wire", "Family Business", "All Falls Down", and "Jesus Walks". For all of you out there who already own this masterpiece, you made a… Read more
