Can't Wait to Get to Heaven by Fannie Flagg
Can't Wait to Get to Heaven by Fannie Flagg
I made it half way through and had to put it down for a while to give my pancreas a chance to produce the insulin needed to fight the sugar rush. I picked it up 2 weeks later and am happy to say I made it to the end. Not saying this is a bad book because it isn't. It's okay but only that. It can't be that bad since the author himself (Alexander McCall Smith) says that it was like watching his creations come to life. He had special praise for the work of the lead character Mma Ramotswe as played by Jill Scott. Anika Noni Rose is worth the cost all by herself. The rest of the cast adds that much more value. All in all, I found these episodes very entertaining and hope there… Read more
