Make no mistake, the seller of this item handled the transaction perfectly. The problem is the fact that this "genuine" toner is OVER THREE TIMES THE COST OF a refurb. Unfortunately for me, the printer is worth too much to take a chance on refurb'd toner that could void the warranty or mess with the transfer unit ... *sigh* ...
