This is my first attempt at canning and I've made two recipes from the book (Strawberry jam w/ balsamic vinegar & Blueberry lemon lavendar marmalade) and they both turned out really delicious! The instructions are really easy to follow. I like how the beginning of the book walks you through the basics and there's a full list of methods on how to tell what the setting period looks like. The recipes divided by seasons is a plus too!
