With much of the film's score, and all of the main songs, anyone who is a fan of this film or one for collecting classic soundtracks, this is an especially wonderful one! This release of the album is a must-own for any fan of The Flaming Lips, or even for someone who has just found much enjoyment in repeat listenings to this specific album. For the record, I fall into the latter category.
The DVD Surround mix is available in both CD quality and Audiophile quality. There are tonnes of goodies packed onto this disc (videos, b-sides, The Bohemian Rhapsody cover, and detailed liner notes)! You cannot fault this release; the 5.1 mix was even nominated for a Surround Sound Grammy, which it should have won. It is phenomenal how the 5.1 mix enhances this album. Many 5.1 mixes suck, but this one clearly had a lot of thought put into it, going so far as to… Read more
