I recently discovered David Rocco on the Cooking Channel. In addition to the recipes, I love his show because we get to experience everyday life in Italy...so delightful! After several trips to Italy, if I had the option, this is where I would live. Watching him reminds me of watching my grandmothers cook...the everyday, yummy meals they created. (I enjoy all cuisines but truely believe, Italian is the most tasty) At the time, I wasn't interested in the recipes or learning how to cook. If David had a cookbook, I wanted it.
