I am usually very thin and in shape but during pregnancy I gained 50 lbs. When I began to follow the «rules» with only two hours per week of cardio+body-building training, it took me two months to lose everything! Moreover, you will feel better after only one week and you'll have difficulty to NOT follow the rules (ex: eat dessert). It is the best book ever to lose weight! And you can eat all you want (don't need to count the calories).
