Space Channel 5: Ulala's Cosmic Attack by T.H.Q.
UGA is one of my favorite companies along with TREASURE because of their brilliant games like REZ and Space Channel 5 for the deceased Dreamcast. If you've played both REZ and Space Channel 5, then you will know UGA's refreshing creativity(I consider REZ as something beyond being 'video game'). Although their games don't sell well like other blockbusters, their games stand as the testament of video game maker's pure intention of creating a 'GAME' in the video game industry... testing and experimenting their passion for the video games and letting gamers to share their passion; and that's where my respect for UGA comes from.

I couldn't wait till the release day since I found out that the game was developed with cooperation of TREASURE, one of most beloved video game company of my life(company responsible for games like Radiant Silvergun, Gunstar Hero, Guardian Heroes, Silhouette Mirage, Sin and Punishment, Ikaruga, Bangaioh...) So I bought an import version because I figured that this game is an action game although I have very minimal Japanese...who needs to know Japanese when you are playing an action/shooter game, right? Well, I was very wrong; and I'll explain later why.

I saw this movie at a theatre for the first time and thought it was an 'excellent' movie. I thought it was excellent because I felt 'something' as I was walking out of the theatre. I don't know- I liked particularly the latter part of the movie, where Ben Affleck tries to convince both side to the very ending of the movie. I am not personally familiar with Tom Clancy's novels (I began to read his novels, after watching this movie twice, starting with 'the Hunt for Red October'), meaning I'm giving this review purely from 'unadulterated' perspective.
