J'adore l'histoire.
Si vous voulez tout avoir sur votre histoire dans un livre, ce livre est pour vous.
Très complet, assez condensé. Beaucoup d'informations et de références.
The Back of the Napkin (Expanded Edition): Solving&hellip by Dan Roam
We can look, see, draw, imagine. Since a long time. But how can you improve it so you can brainstorm efficiently in a meeting, or sell your ideas? This book really helps for that.
I personally enjoy using a whiteboard to write ideas and brainstorming (I'm a black pen). But no matter your relationship with the whiteboard, you'll find something for you inside the book.
Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great by Esther Derby
I recommend this book: be aware that it's CDN$ 19.75 and has 200 pages, so don't expect a dictionary.

In agile software development, you can have an ad hoc retrospection after an iteration, that's good.
The book gives you a good sense of what to think when preparing, leading and repeating retrospective meetings. That makes the purpose of retrospection to go beyond a simple "what went good; what went wrong" meeting.

The book does not guarantee you'll make the best retros in the world (after all, it's you that lead the meeting), but it's a really good start for thoughts on that subject.
