The amalgamation of the two bands is amazing. They should have been together from the start. Such energy and fire. Quite amazing.

This book is very well written. It deals with a fairly complex subject and still manages to keep the reader on track.

Very good for beginners and others.

In all fairness I have to say that the book that have is the 6th edition, although there is likely to be a lot of the same content in the two editions.

I used the 6th edition in a course and found it extremely frustrating as there were many passages that were not clearly expressed. I found that I had to query the instructor constantly for his clarification of what the text actually meant. In some cases even he had a problem.
