When I'm not curled up with a novel (or spending time on Amazon.com), I'm stretched out on my bed watching an obscure film you have probably never heard of. Are you an indie film fan? This film is wonderful. The dialouge and the acting is very real and believable, you feel like you're a voyeur rather than a regular film viewer. However, like most indie films its not for everyone. The pace is slow, and there is no big 'whodunit' plot or a 'wacky car chase'. The plot is simple: two strangers are getting to know each other for one night only. The film is pure dialouge. i'll put it this way: if you liked "Magnolia", there is a good chance you'll like this film. They are both 'slice of life' films. However, Magnolia has alot more action than Before Sunrise. In other words, if you like dialouge films, don't sleep on 'Before Sunrise'. Its beautiful!

O.K - If you haven't seen this movie by now, there's a good chance that you, like me, didn't have a burning desire to see it when it first came out. Also, like me, as the years past you began to get curious, wondering why this film was ADORED by so many people. So, like me, you have finally decided to rent and/or buy it. The soundtrack to 'Mr. Jealousy' is just as offbeat as the film itsself. The soundtrack features french music, alternative, and even neo classical music. Its a great soundtrack to listen to on a rainy day, or for those times when you don't want something complicated to listen to. The Mr. Jealousy soundtrack is the ultimate laidback album.
