How often have you been walking in a park when you saw a bird and wondered what species it was? This book can help you relax by coloring the birds all while learning about each species. After a page or two of coloring, you will be amazed at how relaxed you feel and how wondrous mother nature is to have created so much beautiful variety.

As a Hatha Yoga instructor this video is an excellent resource to refresh my memory on how to instruct my student how to get in and out of postures properly - particularly ones I only use occasionally in my yoga teaching practice. I find the posture guide invaluable. It would be helpful if Rodney Yee produced another DVD like this one with more advanced postures like the crow, the scorpion, the head stand, shoulder stand, plow, pigeon etc.

She is desperately searching for a reason to live because the pain is so great she isn't sure she wants to go on. She stumbles onto the Tibetan Book of the Dead, and here starts her journey into life. In this sotry, the wisdom of her cats is really the wisdom of her higher self, making it so much easier for her to pay attention and not dismiss her own wisdom.
