I bought this book along with a couple of other ethinic vegetarian cookbooks and I haven't used it once. Most of the recipes call for ingredients I have never heard of or can find. Most recipes call for alot of work and I just don't have the time. I might try something from here for a weekend dinner when I have alot of time and the husband can take care of the kids.

I ordered this book about a month ago and love it. The recipes are easy to make, the directions are easy to follow and everything so far has turned out fantastic. My husband's favourite is the Spicy Sichuan Eggplant, says it quite like what his mom use to make. I would definately recommend this cookbook to anyone who is looking to add more vegan options to their diet, it shows that being a vegan doesn't have to be boring or tasteless.
