In My Own Words:
I haven't reviewed much lately, I just don't have time for Amazon.com, but I still love ordering off of it!!

2*5*04:

Sorry, it seems like I have fallen off the face of the earth! But it's only because I've been devoting much of my online time to LiveJournal, instead of Amazon... the new Incubus CD came in from Amazon.com today, as well as Nirvana's 'MTV Unplugged In New York.'

Milkshake Pt.2 ~ Kelis
Milkshake Pt.2 ~ Kelis
This is one of my favorite songs of 2003. The song is kinda weird at first, but soon the catchy beats and funny lyrics grab ahold of you. Although radio overplayed it a bit, this song still is extremely catchy. I had the opportunity to see the shake in real life, and let me tell you: it was good! But this single will have to do for all of you who haven't see Kelis in person. The remixes are okay, not the best I've heard. But they are still pretty catchy! ENJOY!!!

Hey Ya ~ Outkast
5.0 out of 5 stars Oh Yeah!, Mar 14 2004
This is one track of 2003 that I have yet to tire of. Truly ahead of its time, this track has been years in the making. Finally perfecting the tune, OutKast decided to release it on their double feature "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below", which came out late last year. This single dominated the charts for a while, and is one of my favorite songs! With funky beats and cool guitar chords, this will get anyone dancin' and shakin' like a polaroid picture. The other tracks included hear are worthy, but they don't stand up to the juggernaut that is "Hey Ya!" ENJOY!

This CD is a very angry album, compared to their usually positive and not so dreary lyrics. For a band not normally associated with anger, Incubus pulls off their transformation in a stellar way, most notably in the first single, "Megalomaniac." A seemingly anti-Bush song, Megalomaniac pulls it off and sets the tone for the rest of the CD. After many years of holding in much turmoil and understandable anger toward society, you can't really… Read more
