Blackjack Bluebook II: The Simplest Winning Strate&hellip by Fred Renzey

Overall I like this book. It is quite informative and useful to those just learning blackjack as well as seasoned veterans.

My biggest complaint about the book is the typesetting and formatting, as well as some of the writing. I wonder if the editor was sleeping when he/she worked through this book. Having parenthetical remarks in a different font than the rest of the text is at least a little distracting (they are sans-serif, while the main text is in a serif font).

5.0 out of 5 stars Simply fabulous!, Dec 23 2007
The music on these discs is simply wonderful and fabulous. If you are not touched by Sufjan's rendition of O Come O Come Emmanuel, I don't know what will move you. But then, not everyone likes what I like, so I invite you to give Sufjan a try and see if you like him too.

I took the course a few years ago now, but I still have horrible memories of trying to decipher this text. There is a great number of errors, both factual and typographic. However, I found the typographic errors to be most disturbing and frustrating. Many errors appear in numerous equations, and explanations are not always clear. The example data set used throughout the book is confusing to say the least. If you are stuck for a book to use, then go ahead and use this one. But if you can, try to convince your professor to use a book whose editor wasn't sleeping on the job.
