The RESP Book: The Simple Guide to Registered Educ&hellip by Mike Holman
An up-to-date guide to RESP's for Canadians, I found it very helpful. I don't know very much about investing or saving and this book breaks down the different types of RESP's and their pros and cons in an easy to understand way. Definitely worth getting for new parents.

I heard about this book through askmoxie.com. I am shocked this book is not better known or more popular. I read it when my baby was 3 months old and I would have loved to have read it before the baby was born, although there are still so many phases ahead that it's still worth getting even after your baby is 1 year old. The premise of the book is basically that babies go through predictable developmental/cognitive "leaps" and that when they are doing so they become more fussy/clingy/whiny, they may eat less, and their naps and sleep goes off (in other words they become much more demanding than usual), and they argue you should just accept it as a phase (and hold your baby if they seem to… Read more
