This movie just tries to squeeze out a few more million out of our pockets by reusing all the jokes from the previous two movies. What you saw in the previews was about the extent of the jokes -- and those weren't funny at that. The only worthwhile part of the movie -- if a part can be called worthwhile; nothing could have saved this disaster -- would be the acting of Seann William Scott. His ability to critique each moment with one of his memorable quips was somewhat interesting. Even with him, I still give the movie only 2 stars. If you must see the movie in order to finish out the series, get it from the rental store or a friend, but do not buy it. You will regret it.

This tape is -- as everyone else has mentioned -- an good tape for the beginner. What also needs to be mentioned is that it is a technical tape. Not technical as in jargony and difficult to understand, but that it gives the details of how to do and not to do a pose. The upside to this is that it explains to beginners the poses. The downside is there really isn't any flow, so the tape isn't meant to be used for daily practice. It should be seen of as an adjunct and complement to your daily yoga tape, not your routine. A book could fill these shoes just as easily, and there are lots of excellent books out there. Try something by Rodney Yee for beginners instead.

The first few times may seem rushed, but this is so that later on, when you have gotten the hang of the moves, you don't feel like your life is wasting away as you wait for the next move to begin. The only complaint I have is that the tape has no soul. There isn't somebody you can really relate to on the tape. The people performing the moves do them very mechanically -- perfectly too. The voice-over sounds like a robot. Realize that this is a very technical tape, which works for some people. If you have a strong objection to… Read more
