In My Own Words:
My favorite movies all star Audrey Hepburn. Out of those I love 'Wait until Dark', and 'Paris-When it Sizzles'. If you find my reviews helpful feel free to buy me an item off of my wish list. Just contact me if you want to know where to ship it, darling!

Interests
If you looked at my recent purchases you might find yourself clever to guess that I am a clinically obsessed Audrey Hepburn fan and I'm proud of it! (as corny as that sounds)

1.0 out of 5 stars Raw? Or Ridiculous!, March 29 2009
I know its a little late to watch this movie, but the hype over this movie was absolute absurd. On with the review.

I was expecting something raw, unplugged, if you will, slightly disturbing is what you can expect from this director, and that I did. Well, this movie was garbage. It went nowhere, it did nothing, and it accomplished little. I've heard some people say that you end one of his films feeling, 'dirty and used' but instead I just felt like I wasted precious time. I would have rather watched 'The Butterfly Effect', it was THAT BAD.

You don't root for anyone, there is no plot to speak of, and nothing proves a point. You don't end the movie feeling changed, at… Read more

Well I'm kind of surprised that I am the first one reviewing this movie.

Actually I'm not that surprised anymore. This movie, despite my rating it four stars, I'm doubting whether this movie really deserves it. Because quite honestly, the directing was awful. I'm a nerd who pays way too much attention to the directing style I guess, but it was just too 'artistic' to be practical. For example, it would be filmed looking through a vase or something, or doorways. It really didn't give you a good view of the scene.
The main character, was just annoying. Nora Jones should really stick to her designated field of work- singing.

Some parts of the movie just seemed to… Read more

I only wish I had bought it sooner!

Seeing as I didn't know much about Robin Hood, regrettably, I was a little afraid that this movie would confuse me. I was really impressed that it didn't, the directing style was amazing, and the acting was just superb for everyone involved, especially Audrey Hepburn and Sean Connery.

This movie was just great! It was interesting, and the love scenes with Audrey and Sean were so sweet. Not to mention the musical score!

This movie just goes to show that even if you aren't familiar with Robin Hood, you can still enjoy this movie!
