In My Own Words:
I've always read- as a young child I used to feel sorry that my pets couldn't read! Now I'm a mother of an equally avid set of readers so our house always has a veneer of books around it. I'm a person of strong opinions, but can back them up- usually in writing. :-) I've been a physiologist, but don't know what I'll do when I'm done raising children. I'm a person of strong opinions, but can back them up- usually in writing. :-) I've been a physiologist, but don't know what I'll do when I'm done raising children.
Currently, I knit, do NIA, bike, ski, camp, sometimes cook, sew, hike, read, travel whenever I can, miss doing pottery, read, answer breastfeeding email, swim, nurture my 3 children, volunteer at their school (sometimes!, haunt thrift stores, care for my geriatric dog, sometimes even clean my house. (not necessarily in that order)Oh- did I mention I read. :-)
Someday I'd like to start an 'attached parents book club', but that hasn't gotten off the ground yet.

Maybe I wasn't in the right section of music, but this was way beyond what I was hoping for. I like my meditative music with a little bit more variety, not so much sameness. My son asked me to buy it for him today and when he woke from his nap he told me he didn't like the music and asked me to put on the "birdies". I told him that's what he was listening to, and he scowled. It was so repetitious that I broke out in uncomfortable sweats. If you want pure, simple meditation music, with only the flute, (beautifully played, btw) this will work for you. I need a little more variety between tracks.
