I am a beginner of Polymer clay and this book does not intimidate me. The techniques she offers and the tools are simple and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this book.

I have bought and studied many sculpture books over the years. None have compared to this book, I learned so much, so easily.
Ms. Dewey has found a way to break down very intricate figures into simple to mold parts, and makes the building process easy, and the result amazingly complex looking.
If you have all but given up on your sculping, give this book a chance. I was shocked that she could make my work look so professional and realistic!

This is a wonderful book that I gave as a gift to my dad. He is very artistic and loves sculptures. He was overjoyed at receiving this book and is very anxious to start on his first project. Every project has simple to follow step-by-step instructions. But keep in mind, as with any hobby, there is a lot of materials that you will need to buy in order to complete the projects.
